Getting the best out of your people isn't easy. But with the support of CVS we can help you to do just that. We offer support to people that line-manage employees, but can also help with managing people within Boards and volunteers as well.
Leadership
Leadership isn't only for managers and senior board members. It is a set of essential skills for anyone who needs to take people with them, or gain their support. We offer a range of training to support your leadership skills, and can also offer one to one advice and mentoring.
Our exciting leadership programme in conjunction with the Social Enterprise Academy is a great opportunity for Leaders within the voluntary sector to demonstrate and develop their leadership skills.
