Date and timeTuesday 3 September, 2pm - 4pm
LocationTBC
We have an exciting opportunity for Inverclyde third sector organisations involved in employability to learn more about the national and local strategy, hear from expert guests, and network with other organisations.
CVS Inverclyde is delighted to be joined by Pegs Bailey, TSI Network Scotland Employability Partnership Engagement Manager, who will lead a conversation with Inverclyde’s local employability providers.
Pegs has worked in the field of employability and the third sector for over 20 years in Scotland, from supporting people on the frontline through to informing policy at local and national level.
This event is hosted by Charlene Elliott, CEO of CVS Inverclyde, and third sector representative on Inverclyde’s Local Employability Partnership.
Participants can expect to:
- Discuss and explore No One Left Behind: the big picture vision and strategy
- Hear an overview of the national third sector employability policy and funding context in Scotland.
- Learn more about the Inverclyde Local Employability Partnership (LEP) and how your Third Sector Interface is involved
- Discuss and develop opportunities for partnership, collaboration and ensure our collective voice is heard on Inverclyde’s LEP.
