Role Overview
Are you an ambitious Project Manager with a proven track record in project management and a passion for driving impactful initiatives? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker to lead and implement key projects, ensuring they align with our objectives and deliverables.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to problem-solve.

Responsibilities
As our Project Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement project plans aligned with project goals.
- Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team of project officers.
- Ensure compliance by producing timely reports for funders and managing project activities within budget and timelines.
- Cultivate positive relationships with funders and local/national partners.
- Champion a Community Wealth Building approach and spearhead local partnership steering groups.
Generic Staff Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the CVS Inverclyde team, offering support as needed.
- Uphold an inclusive and non-discriminatory approach to work.
- Represent CVS Inverclyde in relevant networks and advocate for our role and priorities.
