Scotland's legal eagles support young Scots with free and confidential advice
On Friday 4 April Young Scot, Scotland's national youth information and citizenship charity, and J C Hughes Solicitors announced the launch of the Young Scot LawLine- a new, free, confidential, 24-hour legal advice service for young people across Scotland.
The Young Scot LawLine will help young people aged 11-25 to obtain quality-assured advice on legal problems. J C Hughes Solicitors will provide the freephone LawLine which young people with a legal problem can contact for legal advice. From welfare rights and online bullying to family and health issues, a team of solicitors will advise on a wide range of legal problems young people may have.
To get confidential and free legal advice from the Young Scot LawLine young people can call Freephone on 0808 801 0801 24 hours, seven days a week.
