The Stroke Association have several Online Stroke Café's available for people who have had a stroke and / or in a caring role who live in Scotland.

These Café's are all face to face, peer support groups run on Zoom. If you or anyone you know are interested, please feel free to pass the details on to them!

The Stroke Café's are as follows:

Online Stroke Café – Every other Thursday at 10.30am or 1.30pm. This café is for stroke survivors and their family/carers and is a place to share, find support and have a blether!

Online Carers Café – these Café's run on Tuesday's at 10.30am and is a great place for Carers to have that chat and share. These Café's run every other Tuesday,

Online Younger Person's Café – This Café is for those who are between the ages of 18-35 and will begin on Friday March 26th at 10.30am
