Our partnerships facilitator, Vicki Cloney, has been a panel member for the International Foundation for Integrated Care’s (IFIC) Integrated Care Academy module on Population Health and Local Context and Resilient Communities and New Alliances.
IFIC have created a short video where Vicki chats to Dr Anne Hendry about what she has gained from doing the online certificate.
“It’s really important for all the different disciplines and people from different sectors to get together because nothing happens in isolation… If we can have those conversations across the system, if we have those good relationships, it’s those relationships that will keep people from falling through the gaps.”
