Inverclyde Community Trading Limited (ICTL) works Scotland-wide as a community engagement and capacity building agency that enables national programmes to benefit from the impact that can often only be achieved by working locally. Our network of partners around the country enable us to work effectively in any area of Scotland with established knowledge and relationships everywhere we go.
Our customers are often large statutory agencies and commercial sector companies, but we also do great work with smaller organisations and the third sector.
We know what we are good at - helping our customers connect with people in communities, and in particular those people that our customers know they aren't properly engaging with. In the past we've helped our customers reach out to older people; young people; people who are less familiar with technology; people who are blind, deaf or otherwise disabled; people who don't speak English as a first language and people on low incomes to name a few.
In getting to those people we can then help our customers to achieve their aims. You want people to change their behaviours, develop their skills, provide you with information, avoid negative outcomes, understand you better or use your services; and we can help.
ICTL does not provide a sales or marketing service; and our customers should not expect us to generate sales or sales leads. We are a community focused business and our work should benefit the people we engage with as much as it benefits our customers.
If you would like an initial discussion about how we can help you, please contact Ian Bruce on 01475 711 733.
