Inverclyde Culture Collective Project Manager
LOCATION: Contract of employment will be with CVS Inverclyde (West College Scotland, Finnart St, Greenock PA16 8HF) and throughout the Inverclyde Council area.
Fixed-term · Part-time · Inverclyde-based
SALARY: £31,150 per annum pro rata. £18,690 for 21 hours per week (3 days per week over 12 months)
HOURS: 21 hours per week across 18 months (June 2026 – December 2027). Flexible working is encouraged to attend and support the delivery of Culture Collective Activities.
About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and passionate Project Manager, with experience of coordinating Creative Projects, to join the CVS Inverclyde team and support an ambitious arts project, following funding from Creative Scotland’s Culture Collective Fund.
The post is funded by Creative Scotland for 18 months and will spend a significant proportion of their working time working alongside Inverclyde Council, CVS Inverclyde, and Culture Collective Strategic Partners. The role will have a key position helping to facilitate, attend and promote artist activities across Inverclyde.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate delivery of Culture Collective activity across Inverclyde
Support artists, workshops and community engagement
Manage administration, reporting and evaluation
Contribute to marketing and promotion (including social media)
Liaise with partners, funders and stakeholders
Support governance, meetings and project planning
What we’re looking for
Experience in project management or arts administration
Understanding of community engagement and participatory arts
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A proactive and flexible approach
Knowledge of Inverclyde’s communities and cultural sector is desirable.
