We aim to help support individuals and teams to work through a business model in a practical step-by-step way.

Our interactive platform guides you to:

  • Identify real-world challenges, explore potential solutions and shape them into practical business concepts.

  • Generate and refine ideas for new services, projects, asset transfers or enterprise opportunities.

  • Complete a comprehensive Business Model Canvas, including a sustainability element.

  • Produce a distinctive visual portfolio that can be easily shared on screen, by URL or as a PDF.

We are here to help support you

CVS Inverclyde can support organisations by providing mentoring and practical guidance through access to your canvas. This enables us to answer questions, explain the benefits of the software and add value by offering remote feedback, insight and signposting as your ideas develop.

We offer in-house support for you and your team when you begin using the platform and can facilitate the early ideation process. The software is particularly useful for organisations in the start-up phase or organisations considering new services or projects.
