Volunteering has so many benefits – for you and for our community.
Just some can include:
• gaining invaluable work experience
• changing the way things work for the better
• making a positive difference to people's' lives
• improving self esteem, confidence and wellbeing
• receiving high quality training and developing new skills
• using great existing skills and knowledge to benefit your local community
• meeting new people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and interests
• feeling valued and part of a team
CVS Inverclyde, in partnership with Inverclyde Council, are currently running the Inverclyde Youth Volunteering Project (IYVP) and are looking for local young people (16-24) who want to get involved in volunteering.
