Nominations Open for Volunteer Legacy Award

Nominations are now open for the Community Champion Awards 2026, organised by the Greenock Telegraph.

As CVS Inverclyde celebrates 30 years of supporting the third sector, we’re proud to introduce a special one-off category: the Volunteer Legacy Award.

This award recognises individuals whose long-standing dedication, compassion and commitment have helped shape Inverclyde’s communities over the past three decades. These are the people who quietly give their time, strengthen local connections and inspire others through sustained service.

If someone’s contribution reflects the values and spirit of CVS Inverclyde, we’d love you to consider nominating them.

Find out more information about the event and nominate someone for a Volunteer Legacy award here.

Nominations close on Tuesday 21 April.

The award ceremony will take place on Thursday 18 June at Greenock Town Hall.
